We are proud to present Yosmar Martinez who joins Gary Hennes Realtors after 10 years at Douglas Elliman. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil and fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English, Yosmar epitomizes the worldly, multi-lingual, multi-cultural real estate professional clients expect to find in Miami.

Prior to joining with Gary Hennes, Yosmar held a variety of marketing positions in the consumer goods, wine and healthcare industries. She brings years of marketing experience that include developing market research studies, managing budgets, implementing marketing campaigns while tracking results, and negotiating media deals, while also managing the creative process and product launches. This background proves invaluable in the successful marketing and sales of her clients’ property listings.

In addition to selling real estate, Yosmar is a cookbook author and publisher, recipe developer, and culinary instructor who believes everyone has the gift to create a memorable meal.  She lives by the idea that all that is needed is a bit of guidance, good ingredients, and an openness to new culinary experiences. Combining her love of food and real estate has proven very successful as the recipe for success is almost identical if customized for each buyer and seller. Her exquisite Tastes of the Camino. focuses on foods along an ancient pilgrimage route in northern Spain, the book reveals the luscious, amazing dishes of a food-rich region.

Yosmar holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. When not working, Yosmar loves to cook and entertain at home, go to the movies and travel.
