Hector Hocsman, licensed real estate professional & architect; what a great combination.  In addition – MBA, is an American Architect and Urban Planner Licensed in Florida, New York and British Columbia, Canada. He has being practicing Architecture with a large projects portfolio of Multifamily and Mix Use High Rise buildings creating successful Real Estate projects in the marketplace.

Hector received his Bachelor in Architecture and Town Planning from the Technion – Institute of Technology and an MBA in 1998 concentrating in Real Estate Development from Miami Florida International University.

With extensive travel and practice crossing four continents, Hector brings sensitivity to Space Design and Urban environment addressing the architecture with Imagination, Virtuosity, Simplicity and Minimalism.

As Sr. Design Architect Mr. Hocsman assisted major companies in Canada and USA working on most notable high rise condominiums. In his private practice he is assisting corporate clients and High Net Worth Individuals with projects over 500 Mill US$ from Land Acquisitions, Site Planning, Pro-Formas, Feasibility Studies and Architecture Buildings Design and Interiors, creating unique and profitable products with a base philosophy that Building Economics are key drivers for success projects.
