With an extensive international background and knowledge from an upbringing from Peru to Miami, Andres Sanchez has chosen Miami and the Brickell neighborhood as his home. With several years of experience in real estate, Andres has become a trusted advisor for his buyers and sellers.

Andres’ background prior to real estate included many years in the medical industry where a broad work ethic brought him to his true passion of selling the best of real estate. As a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, Andres has mastered many analytic techniques to help buyers and sellers to know more so that their decision making process is enhanced. Andres is a professional who counts on the notion that each client is different, which he tailor makes a plan to be helpful in an unconventional way.

Andres is originally from Peru, and has lived in Miami since 2000. He enjoys boating the beach and sports, as well as fine food and great places in Wynwood to relax with friends. When he is not creating the near perfect sale or taking that great listing he loves to travel, read and spend time with his friends & family.  Andres is fluent in English & Spanish.
