Alan grew up in Stony Brook, on the North Shore of New York’s Long Island, to European parents, and traveled extensively throughout childhood. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management, and enjoyed a successful, multi-city sales career at a major U.S. hotel corporation prior to establishing his real estate career.
A resident of Miami Beach since 1998, Alan was drawn to Miami for its unique energy and innovations in art, design, architecture, food, and music. Alan serves as a mentor to junior agents, and supports local charities, The Chapman Partnership and SAVE Dade.
Alan has appeared on Home & Garden Television. A self-described foodie, avid traveler, and paddle boarding enthusiast, Alan spends his free time with family and friends at the beach.
