Keen listening skills, a relationship-focused approach and a deep understanding of the Miami real estate market have made Alan Kamlot an indispensable resource for buyers, sellers, and developers alike. In just over a decade, Alan has closed more than $65 million in residential sales of fine homes and condominiums in Miami’s most desirable neighborhoods and buildings.
Complete customer satisfaction is Alan’s goal, and his highest priority is to guide clients through the real estate process to achieve their desired results. Alan works hard to earn loyalty and trust, and is proud to work repeatedly with his clients and their referrals. His track record includes representing purchasers of primary residences and vacation homes, investors of single-and multi-family dwellings, and developers of new construction and condominium conversions.
Alan grew up in Stony Brook, on the North Shore of New York’s Long Island, to European parents, and traveled extensively throughout childhood. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management, and enjoyed a successful, multi-city sales career at a major U.S. hotel corporation prior to establishing his real estate career.
A resident of Miami Beach since 1998, Alan was drawn to Miami for its unique energy and innovations in art, design, architecture, food, and music. Alan serves as a mentor to junior agents, and supports local charities, The Chapman Partnership and SAVE Dade.
