Aventura
Aventura, one of Miami-Dade's newest communities, was incorporated in 1995 and is a young, vibrant municipality recognized internationally as a premier location in which to live, shop and play. Aventura is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in northeast Miami-Dade County and is convenient to two major South Florida airports and two of the largest and most popular seaports in the world. This upscale condominium community offers many fine restaurants, movie theaters and the Aventura Mall. Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Miami are both just 20 minutes away.
Brickell
Near Downtown Miami, Brickell has a lot to offer with regards to culture, nightlife and commerce. More notably, however, is that Brickell is South Florida's Financial District. Downtown
South Florida's epicenter of culture, nightlife and commerce also offers an unrivaled diversity of neighborhoods. Miami continues to reinvent itself with exiting new residential offerings along with traditional enclaves untouched by development. Choose from traditional single-family homes throughout the city, downtown condominiums close to the new Performing Arts Center, convenient lofts in the Design District, the upscale high-rises along tree-lined Brickell Avenue in the financial district or exquisite residences in Edgewater or Morningside.
Mid Beach
Low-key Mid-Beach is a quiet change of pace from the at-times chaotic South Beach, thanks to a thinner field of booming clubs and booze-pushing outdoor cafes. The beach is less crowded, and jogs or strolls on the wooden boardwalk are a great way to take in the coastal scenery. Drinking and dining options are few, and much of the area is nothing but a dull stretch of high-rise condos.
Mid Town
Midtown Miami is the collective term for the Wynwood and Edgewater neighborhoods of Miami. Midtown has grown quickly, and is home to Shops at Midtown, an outdoor shopping area designed to mimic New York's SOHO neighborhood, and home to many national and local stores and restaurants including Target, Guess, HomeGoods, Marshalls, SugarCane, Mercadito, Sustain, Cheese Course, Buro Miami, Ring Finger Studio, and an abundance of upscale apartments. Midtown has also become home to Art Miami art fair, which takes place during Miami's Art Basel week.

Millionaire’s Row is renowned for its opulent, spacious homes lining the crystalline bay, its high-end boutiques and fine restaurants as well as its wonderful soft sand beaches.
