A year of planning the right caterers, bartenders, music and more, the holiday party of the year has to be the Gary Hennes Realtors party hosted at the broker’s mid-century home in Miami Beach. Gary Hennes Realtors holiday bash took a new tone this year with style and fun.

Unique Caterers did not disappoint and music by Edward Unger as D.J. and guitar soloist made the evenings grove one that didn’t want to end-booked by the infamous jazz musician and booker to Soyka and the former Van Dyke and now of Bodega, Randy Singer. The food was absolutely delish and Chef Giovanni Sandri created a special menu that for our agents as they socialized and danced the night away. Hot bartenders, car driver geneva, beautiful servers and the backdrop of the broker’s home made this so special.

Broker, Gary Hennes presided over the party with his favorite Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon in hand and a photo with every celebrant that not only are agents but friends. High fashion was in order and not one missed the “memo” that this was going to be the perfect holiday treat with the broker sharing a more than memorable evening that years from now would be considered, epic.

Top agents Michel Bitton, Scott Klein & Alan Kamlot were mixing and mingling with star agents, Scott Klein, Matt Scroggins, Matthew Meyer, Camilo Gallego, Matt Scroggins, Lori Bakkum and so many more. The newbies-12 in the last year alone were not missing a beat with Gabriel Maguina, Joey Fernandez, Chris Bilyk, Charlie Castillo, Vanessa Lopez & Graeme Marshall & of course so many more.

“The market is alive and well,” said Hennes as his agency turns 10 years old this year. “Other agencies have grown to such large proportions that they miss the point of why they are in business, I am in the business of people and that creates an atmosphere where agents thrive and buyers and sellers feel satisfied. As the midnight-hour came to pass Hotelier Keith Menin & his top producing wife agent Evelyn Menin invited all to the afterparty at the red-hot Ricky’s (so much fun) where the wee early hours and sunrise arrived to bring a new day and memory of a broker that is beyond belief. 2017 here we come.
